Custom Orders:
Due to the cups being custom and personalized, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order is placed and customization has begun.
Damages & Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us within 24 hours if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can assist in helping you fix the issue. We may offer you a replacement cup or offer to repair it at our discretion. When contacting us please upload a clear image of the damage and packaging. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement for damage that occurred after delivery.
