Ready To Ship: 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. You will receive a notification from BrightBerryCreations once your order has been shipped. 

Custom Cups:

Please allow 3-4 business days for us to create your cup and 1-2 days for it to be shipped out. You will receive a notification from BrightBerryCreations once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your destination, weight and the shipping method you selected.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times will vary based on your location and the method of shipping you selected during checkout.

Please note once the product leaves our hands and is received by the carrier, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or damage.
